by reputed houses such as UHDE, H & G, L & T, BV.

CALIBRATION OF MEASURING INSTRUMENTS
|
|
We send our master gauges and measuring instruments
for calibration to recognised Government. Calibrating Institutes,
periodically, for a through check-up.

SUPPLIES
|
|
All raw materials for our contracts are procured
from suppliers who are approved by related classifying/inspection
agencies such as H & G, BV, etc. We maintain a separate record
for materials and all Mill Test Certificates are checked before
acceptance.

|
RECORDS
|
|
Strict maintenance of stage-wise inspection report,
specification of materials used, dimensions of machined components,
set-ups of welded joints, NDT tests, Hydraulic tests and overall
dimensional report.
|
|
TRACEABILITY
|
|
Every equipment we manufacture is stamped with
the item number and serial number on one of the fixed flanges. We
also affix a name plate on each equipment, with details of the item,
equipment number, design pressure, temperature, size, serial number
and year of manufacture.

|
PRESERVATION AND PACKING
|
|
After the equipment is painted, it is scrutinised
for overall finish and paint, cleanliness and aesthertics before
packaging. The openings are then closed with wooden planks or plastics
covers. The equipment is then cleared for shipment. For safe transportation
and better warehousing, the unit is normally packed in wooden crates.
If required, the unit is filled with Nitrogen gas, proper documentation
is maintained for these procedures.
